Call Center Representative
5 Day consecutive work week to include Saturday and Sunday
Shift 7: 20 am- 4: 20 pm
$15 per hour
This position will begin remote and then eventually transition to onsite in downtown Newark.
Qualified candidates must have a:
Computer with Windows 10 -Mac/Chromebook/iPad is NOT compatible with this position.
Strong internet with the ability to hardwire into the router.
Must have a USB Noise Cancelling Headset ex. (Logitech - H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone)
Long term contract position available for a division of the NJ Transit located in Newark, New Jersey, for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

This is a diversified and highly responsible customer service position and Company is looking for a candidate experienced in not only working a high-volume inbound call center but who have a background that demonstrates knowledge in navigating successfully in a Q-driven call center.
Responsibilities include handling a high volume of calls with the mission to assist customers with disabilities with an array of issues and requests. Patience and a dedication to helping others are a must.
