We are in need of a Customer Service Representative with logistics background to work in the Miami Lakes area. Our client is local freight forwarder who provides logistics and supply chain services. They have 200, 000 sf office and warehouse location, with 38 bay doors and are able to handle small and oversized freight.

This is a great opportunity for hard working individuals that are looking for a long term commitment with the ability to grow with the company.

Requirements:
Customer Service/Inventory Control experience.
Understand what a bill of lading and warehouse ticket is (Logistics background preferred).
Good typing / data entry skills.
Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to be assigned a STA # by TSA
Able to work in a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) IS REQUIRED

About the job:
Full time position (M-F with the possibility of some Saturday activity)
O/T may be required on an as need basis
Flexibility to start at 8: 00, 8: 30 or 9: 00 a.M. And to work till 5: 00, 5: 30, 6: 00 p.M. (or later to meet business needs)
