We are currently seeking an Office/AP Assistant to work with a well-established government entity in the Hollywood area. Experienced candidates will be responsible for assisting the accounts payable department .Answering phones and taking proper messages, meeting and greeting visitors, faxing, filing, scanning write emails, memos, letters etc. Provide administrative and clerical support as required. We are looking for that ideal candidate that possess an overall level of professionalism, positive ``do all`` attitude that will do what it takes to get the job done.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with the flexibility to work over time as needed

Qualified candidates MUST:
Previous Administrative/Office Support experience
Must have accounting knowledge
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Be able to take direction with the ability to work independently
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Possess proper phone etiquette
Strong computer skills working in a MS Office and Excel
.Along with several other duties and responsibilities as needed
