Expectancy: Perform administrative, data management and customer service duties.
Responsibilities:
A. Scheduling with Autotask
* Coordinate materials and resources on Open depot work orders.
* Coordinate materials and resources on Open client site work orders.
B. Purchasing within Autotask/SalesForce
*Purchase materials for stock or order fulfilment as directed.
*Track and receive materials.
*Receive vendor Invoice & audit against POs for approval.
*Process customer and vendor RMAs.
*Assist with inventory management.
C. Data Entry within Autotask/SalesForce
*Process daily sales report.
*Process daily case support for specific clients.
*Update opportunities, cases and work orders as needed.
*Assist with management of records of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
*3-5 Years of Office Admin experience.
*Ability to work independently and without supervision.

20 to 30 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Potential hire with same or up to 40 hours.
